Letter received from King Charles.
Good afternoon
It has been some time since we last communicated about the book of condolence which was arranged by Crowthorne Parish Council and St. John’s Church; and hosted by various Churches, the Parish Council Officer, Library and other stakeholders, schools and organisations in Crowthorne. At the point the book was closed for archiving, CPC’s Chairman, Cllr Bob Wade, wrote to King Charles informing him of the Crowthorne book of condolence and passing on thoughts and condolence messages on behalf of all who signed it.
We have received the photo and signed letter in the photo attached and wanted to let you all know so you can share this with your pupils, congregations, and visitors to the Library.
Thank you all for participating in this historic activity which will forever form part of the Parish archives.
